SCM-Series Magnetic Screw Conveyor

Spiral magnetic screw conveyor for separating the short chips from your machining process. Chips 100mm or less. Very flexible and economical system that can be used at varying angles and working situations.

Rotating magnets and bearing are sealed inside the stainless steel pipe. The cutting chips are discharged by spiral magnets while the coolant will fall bank to the machine.

Optional rare earth magnets can be installed for enhanced performance.

Applications:

Suitable for milling, hobbling, and broaching.
