The MK1-Series magnetic separator is a high quality solution for separating ferrous materials from your grinding coolants or cutting oils. The magnetic drum attracts the ferrous materials, the rubber roller press out the coolant to discharge dry waste into the chip collector. The scraper and rubber roll are adjustable.

The frame is heavy duty, leak proof and a very efficient design. Fluid outlet options are left, right or on the bottom. The motor can be mounted to either side. Rare-earth magnets are used which are 8-times stronger than standard ferrite magnets. This magnet can attract contaminants with weak magnetic force such as cemented carbide.

Flow rate is 1/4 ~ 1/2 when using oils depending upon viscosity and particle size.
